Cebu City is now all set for Sinulog 2011. On my way home I heard drum beats, louder, louder, and it was a street parade. As usual, main road(Jones Ave.) was closed so the jeepney changed route to Mango Ave. Heavy traffic. Got home wet because it was raining.
